Please keep in mind, we are not a full service bridal store.  Our business model is more of a self serve model which saves on expenses. As such, we are able to pass our incredible savings on to our brides.  However, we do have knowledgeable staff that can help with answering specific questions about the dresses.  If you're not able to have anyone join you at your appointment, one of our excellent staff members is happy to help.
